Founder & Coach
Meet Victor
Victor started EMG Fitness Lab after one question kept bothering him: was he actually training the muscle he thought he was?
Every influencer had a different "best" exercise, and every coach seemed to contradict the last one. Nobody could actually show what was happening inside the muscle during a set. So he started measuring exercises himself, testing over 300 variations with EMG equipment to find out which ones did what they claimed. That work became EMG Fitness Lab.
01
Verified Through Testing
Every exercise in the library was individually tested, over 300 variations in total, before it earned a place. Nothing here was assumed.
02
Organized by Movement
Exercises are grouped by movement category and compared within that group, so you're always comparing like for like, not a chest exercise against a leg exercise.
03
Built to Be Questioned
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Every recommendation comes with the testing behind it, so you can check the reasoning yourself.
Why We Exist
EMG Fitness Lab exists to reduce the uncertainty we felt every time we walked into the gym without knowing if what we were doing actually worked. If the testing shows an exercise doesn't do what it claims, that's what gets taught, no matter how popular the exercise is.
Better education means training you can trust, and results you can see.
Our Mission
Our mission is straightforward: show you what actually happens inside the muscle during each exercise, tested against others in the same movement category, so you can make your own decision instead of following someone else's opinion.

Our Values
The principles behind how EMG Fitness Lab teaches, coaches, and helps people make better training decisions.
◎
Measured, Not Assumed
Every exercise earns its place through testing, not assumption. If it hasn't been measured, it isn't in the library.
△
Show the Reasoning
Recommendations come with an explanation, not just an instruction. You'll always know why an exercise made the list.
⟳
Continuously Verified
New exercises are added and older ones get retested as the library grows. The list keeps changing as the testing continues.
◇
Confidence Through Clarity
Once you can see what's actually working, training gets easier to trust.
